The Â鶹´«Ã½ Veterans Business Outreach Center (Â鶹´«Ã½VBOC) exists to provide entrepreneurial development services to eligible veterans who own or are considering starting a small business. Â鶹´«Ã½VBOC serves Federal Region III which includes Virginia and West Virginia.
Funded in part by a cooperative agreement with the (SBA), we have developed an extensive network of partners to assist with your business needs. As part of the Â鶹´«Ã½ (Â鶹´«Ã½) Institute for Innovation & Entrepreneurship's (IIE), Â鶹´«Ã½VBOC's goal is to support the entrepreneurial efforts of veterans, thus promoting business innovation and strengthening the local economy.

If you are not able to complete this form electronically, please call 757-683-5505. On Fridays only, an administrative staff member is available at 112 Bank St. from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. to assist.
