Rula is a mental health referral group that can help you find a high-quality therapist or psychiatrist who is in-network with your health insurance. Rula's services are open to all Old Dominion Students, Faculty and Staff, and their families, and they have a broad and diverse network of therapists that you can select from. The Rula team will help you find the right mental health provider, understand your insurance benefits, and are available 7 days a week to help you feel supported in your search.
