Â鶹´«Ã½ regularly undergoes a multi-year improvement cycle through the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) Faculty Satisfaction process.Ìý
COACHE studies the work lives of faculty, gathering data that can help administrators create a better faculty experience. Studies are conducted in partnership with college and university leaders in both faculty and administration.

- Total response counts for each question in the benchmark and the benchmark overall
- Average response scores for each question in the benchmark and the benchmark overall, using a 5-point scale (1 being low and 5 being high) relative to levels of agreement or satisfaction.
Note: Data in the dashboard are filterable by ethnicity groupings and college.
Reports are available to Â鶹´«Ã½ faculty and staff. MIDAS authentication is required.
