Faculty Credentials

All University instructional faculty (full-time, part-time, adjunct, and teaching assistants) meet the guidelines established by IE&A's policy in the Faculty Handbook.

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment (IE&A) reviews the credentials of all newly appointed full-time and adjunct faculty.

Original documentation including official transcripts, current CV, & other applicable documentation must be provided for all prospective faculty members. Potential adjunct faculty members must submit the latter and an Adjunct Faculty/Employment Authorization Form to the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment.

Lack of proper documentation may result in adjustment of appointment term.

Failure to provide original transcripts and/or other credentialing information can result in termination of the Employment Contract.

  • Faculty with degrees from foreign institutions must submit their document (transcripts and/or degree/diploma) to IE&A for an official evaluation and translation.
