Banner is the university's centralized academic and administrative records system. The system has a web-based interface that users access through a web browser. It is comprised of a series of forms which display and allow the user to manipulate data.

Accessing a form requires the user to have access rights. Banner access is only granted to those individuals for whom their jobs require access to view or edit Banner data. Those individuals will receive access to the forms necessary to perform their job functions.

DegreeWorks assists advisors and students with course planning, curriculum advising and degree completion measurement.

Banner Document Management is a central database for all official academic, financial and personnel records at Â鶹´«Ã½. Scan and store content for secure access.

Banner Analytics (Insight) allows you to run reports and dashboards to support various business processes. You can access Insight using your web browser.

Workflow allows business events to trigger emails, automated activities and notifications, automating various business processes.

Information Technology Solutions

Information Technology Solutions provides systems that enable smooth, seamless administrative support for the teaching, learning and research efforts of the university. The core systems for Banner include Finance, Student, Financial Aid and HR/Payroll modules. Information Technology Solutions works in partnership with the Administration Systems Oversight Group (ASOG). This advisory group provides counsel on information technology matters related to Banner information system and other related IT systems.Ìý
