Here in the College of Sciences, keeping the lines of communication open is vital to keeping all employees informed, engaged, and connected. Monday Matters are weekly emails that are sent to staff, administrators and faculty members to ensure that we are building a supportive and healthy community for students as well as employees in the College of Sciences.

The topics will vary weekly, but the information is useful to ensuring that employees are better equipped to handle various situations in the workplace. These weekly emails will help build employee engagement, message impact, efficient communication and reduction to miscommunication.
