  • Alumni - Alumni must have graduated from Â鶹´«Ã½ or the Eastern Virginia Medical School. If alumni are Â鶹´«Ã½ employees, their membership will defer to the employee rate.Ìý
  • Alumni Plus 1 - Â鶹´«Ã½ alumni members are eligible to add a spouse or partner to their membership account for a fee equal to their individual membership rate.Ìý
    • Plus 1 member applicant must be 18+ years, verified with valid ID.Ìý
    • If alumni member terminates their membership, their Plus 1 is also terminated. Ìý
    • Both sponsor and partner/spouse members must be present at the time of membership purchase.Ìý
    • Plus 1s who are found not to be a valid spouse or partner may result in immediate termination of both memberships without reimbursement.Ìý
  • Emeriti & Retirees - The title of emeritus/emerita is granted by the Board of Visitors in recognition of dedicated and meritorious service at Â鶹´«Ã½ or the Eastern Virginia Medical School.Ìý

  • Annual memberships run for a full year (12 months) from the date of purchase and must be paid in full upfront at the time of purchase.
  • Semester memberships must be paid in full upfront at the time of purchase and run:
    • Fall: August 16 to December 31
    • Spring: January 1 - May 15
    • Summer: May 16 - August 15
  • Monthly memberships must be auto drafted from a valid credit or debit card, and will run continuously until the member takes action to terminate.
SRWC Parking Permit

$10/month special parking permit for Alumni & Affiliate SRWC members only

To purchase an SRWC Parking Permit, fill out the and someone from the Â鶹´«Ã½ Transportation & Parking (TPS) office will email you instructions.

  • SRWC Parking Permit holders can park in Lots 42, 43 & 49 (along Powhatan Avenue) between 6 a.m. - Midnight (campus parking map).
  • Â鶹´«Ã½ students and faculty/staff are NOT eligible to purchase this permit.
  • You must have a valid SRWC membership to use this permit. If your SRWC membership terminates or expires, your SRWC parking permit will also expire at that time.
