Stop by for information about strength-based workouts and fitness classes offered at Â鶹´«Ã½. Did you know that a session of strength training has been linked to better focus and mental clarity, which can help students study more effectively?! Even better, strength training has been shown to improve sleep patterns, and better sleep contributes to improved academic performance, mood stability, and energy levels throughout the day. If that’s not a good reason to finish the semester with strength training, we don’t know what is. Let's finish strong together!
