Research Interests

My primary area of research is integral equations with a Cauchy type singularity. Their application has resulted in research in fracture mechanics, waveguides, and thermoelastics. In addition to ongoing research in these areas, I am also doing research with hypersingular integral equations, as well as investigating functionally graded materials and piezoelectric ceramics.
