General

Most reports are updated every day, early in the morning. Depending on user needs, a report may be scheduled to update more or less often.

When possible, we prefer to get our data from as far upstream (closer to ground-truth) as possible. We reference the same database that Insights reports reference.

Due to licensing limitations, the ability to export data may not be available. If you have data needs that are not currently being met, send in a request using this .Ìý

Security

The data team is committed to adhere by the  and the  as defined by Â鶹´«Ã½.

Some reports may contain sensitive information, while other reports may not. Always bear in mind what data you're sharing before doing so.

Customization

The data team may place slicers or multi-select boxes on reports that would benefit from having that option. Some reports are designed not to be modified.

Please submit your data needs to our form . A data team member will be in contact as soon as possible.

Issues

Power BI reports should work on all modern browsers. Older browsers like Internet Explorer will likely not work.

Most of the reports will never experience downtime. Occasionally, we may take a report offline for a few hours to perform updates.

PowerBI

No, you do not need a Microsoft Power BI license to view or search for data within the dashboards.

No, you cannot break a Power BI dashboard. Even if you are as strong as the Incredible Hulk or can type at supersonic speeds you cannot break a dashboard.

If you do find the annoying spinning wheel of endless loading, it might be a network issue. You can contact anyone from the Data Team and we'll get to it.

We recommend the official  documentation site. It offers a good overview of what Power BI is capable of. Note that due to licensing, not all of the features listed on the site may be available to Â鶹´«Ã½ staff.
