This minor is designed to develop management-related skills through an understanding of applied ethics, effective communication, processes in organizations, applied psychology, and legal issues in the workplace. An appreciation for the qualities of leadership, the functions of administration, and a sensitivity for ethical decision making will allow the student to apply for a wider variety of positions.

Requirements
For completion of a minor, a student must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.00 in all upper-level courses required for the minor and complete a minimum of six hours in the minor through courses offered by Â鶹´«Ã½. As with all interdisciplinary minors, no more than 3 credits may apply to both the major and the minor. A student must also select classes from at least two different disciplines, with no more than 6 credits in any one discipline.
